Solid

Solid

There has come a search throughout the world recently for something solid for people to believe in. For me that is easy, I look to my Bible and the Holy Ghost within myself for guidance. For others that may not be so easy considering many different possible factors i.e: demographic, race, up-bringing, etc. That is why God commissioned us to be witnesses for His church to go out unto the world and spread the Gospel.

Solid- Consisting of compact unyielding material. Built out of strong substantial material and not likely to break or collapse. Continuing without breaks or openings; Unadulterated or unmixed.

Exodus 33:21-And the Lord said, Behold, there is a place by me, and thou shalt stand upon a rock.

Psalm 33:4- For the word of the LORD is right; and all his works are done in truth.

As we go forward into the world and its future that becomes more and more tolerant of sin, there will be a great crying out for God’s written truth. While the ways of the world may momentarily satisfy a need that you feel in your mind, it will always leave your heart empty. The only way to satisfy the needs of your heart and soul is pure, unadulterated, unyielding, solid truth from Jesus.

Jesus is our foundation and the chief cornerstone (Eph 2:20) that which we build our lives around. You may search anywhere that you want within personal relationships, your work, money, drugs, or whatever it may be, but the only thing that will ever be 100% solid in our Earthly lives is Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior.
